Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers can cancel bookings within hours of the scheduled service for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial refunds or non-refundable charges based on the service provider’s policy.

2. No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up for the booked service without prior notice, the booking amount will not be refunded.

3. Service Issues & Disputes

  • If a customer experiences issues with the booked service, they must report it within 3 hours for resolution or possible refunds.
  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
